In a self-contained metallic construction, CASP elevators carry out effectively the vertical transportation of bulk cereals, bran and pelletized products, fulfilling the various motion capacities, with a minimum of mechanical damage to products.
Available in capacities from 20 to 300 t/h.
The head is built in galvanized steel and bolt-on, with easy access for maintenance. Provided with a coating plate, ensuring perfect grain trajectory and greater equipment durability.
Driving is made by a motor reducer or pulleys and chains (optional), also counting on driving against retreat, preventing chain retreat in unforeseen stops. The upper drum is rubber-coated, preventing the chain from slipping.
Comprised of platform, ladder and curb, fulfilling the current safety standards NR12.
The chain used offers high resistance and greater durability to the work of mugs elevation.
Mugs are manufactured from HDPE – high-density polyethylene, anti-static and with additives against UV.
Built in galvanized steel, being fixed by galvanized corner flanges.
The base of the CASP elevators is build with galvanized steel, with side and vertical reinforcements, ensuring greater rigidity. It has access windows, allowing easy cleaning.
Optionally, operation indication sensors may be added, also allowing system automation, according to the technical features of the products processed.
