The new CASP HT incubators and hatchers line brings to the market an association of new technologies that optimize the environmental incubation conditions and generate better results. Those new technologies may be used according to each client’s choice, to fulfill the needs of specific lineages and ages of reproducers, respecting the environmental condition of their incubation plant.
EMBRYO TEMPERATURE MONITORING SYSTEM
Infrared sensors to constantly monitor the egg hull temperature and interact with the control parameters of the equipment for ideal embryo temperature maintenance for each development phase.
EGG WEIGHING SYSTEM (SCALE CART)
Monitors and automatically adjusts the wet bulb temperature control point to obtain the desired weight loss of the incubated eggs.
AIR DEHUMIDIFICATION SYSTEM
With the use of the dehumidifier, it is possible to correctly adjust humidity in the first days of incubation. It was developed to solve problems with weight loss in the beginning of the incubation process, caused by excessive room moisture.
CO2 MONITORING/CONTROL SYSTEM
The CO2 level of the incubators may be monitored to modify the atmosphere and to reach the best embryo development conditions.
Technology capable of blocking the proliferation of bacteria throughout the product lifecycle, since its additive is incorporated in a homogeneous manner in the plastic components.
